BOOKING CONDITIONS
Tour Booking Conditions:
Payments: A deposit of $500 is required on making your
booking. This is a non-refundable amount and may held at any time. Bookings will be taken
in order of receipt and at the discretion of the organisers (the Country Music Store) and
agents (Travelworld) and should be made by February 28, 2002.
Full Payment of $6987 is due by April 1, 2002.
Cancellations: Prior to April 1
2002, the non-refundable deposit will be held, after that date any refunds will be
at the discretion of the agents, Travelworld.
Prices: Prices quoted are for
Twin share. Single, and Triple share prices are available on request. Prices quoted are on
the basis of costs at January 2002, and are subject to international currency exchange
fluctuations and minimum group requirements. No surcharge will be passed on
once full payment has been received.
Insurance: We strongly
recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Itinerary Variations: Because parts of the tour are outside our
control, we reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary or any inclusions if
necessary.
Connecting flights: Our tour price includes departures from
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Special fares are available for connecting flights from
other places.
