P&H Guidelines

Our Postage & Handling prices for items sent within Australia are just $3.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each extra item, except some larger or heavier packs or sets may have additional premium postage added. Please refer to the listing on our online store for any details by item, with a Maximum P&H charge on most orders of $10.50 per order.

International Orders are despatched at Australia Post Airmail rates ( by weight ) rounded up to the Australian dollar plus $1.50 for packaging and handling. Broadly this means 1CD or DVD is about 120 grams. We can also pack CD's for international orders without the plastic "jewel case" saving weight (about 7 CD's for 250 grams). We send you the disc and the paperwork, just leaving the plastic cases behind. This may subject your music to additional risk of damage so choose this option carefully.

Prices for International buyers will be reduced from the advertised Australian domestic retail price, by the amount of GST taxes so expect a small discount as a bonus off your total amount calculated on our domestic GST included prices.

We guarantee all products to manufacturers specifications. Should you encounter a faulty product, please contact us at the store within 30 days to arrange immediate replacement without question.
