BOOKING CONDITIONS
Tour Booking Conditions:
Payments: Reservations will be taken in order of receipt. A deposit of $790 (10%) is required on making your booking. A non-refundable amount of $350 is held at any time.Bookings will be taken in order of receipt and at the discretion of the organisers (the Country Music Store) and agents (Travelworld).and should be made by February 28, 2001.
Full Payment of $7987 is due by April 1, 2001.
Cancellations: Prior to April 1 2000, only the non-refundable $350 will be held, after that date any refunds will be at the discretion of the agents, Travelworld.
Prices: Prices quoted are for Twin share. Single, and Triple share prices are available on request.
Prices quoted are on the basis of costs at October 2000, and are subject to international currency exchange fluctuations and minimum group requirements. No surcharge will be passed on once full payment has been received.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Itinerary Variations: Because parts of the tour are outside our control, we reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary or any inclusions if necessary.
Connecting flights: Our tour price includes departures from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Special fares are available for connecting flights from other places.
